RingCentral/Aircall etc. Ideally would integrate with Salesforce and allow click-to-dial, tracking, monitoring, logging, recording, notes etc. from an app on a smartphone/tablet.
RingCentral salesforce integration is not up to par and not Open CTI. Aircall is a pile of trash. For what you described look at Dialpad
Aircall has an SF integration that updates every month AND an open CTI, with better intuitive design over RC and Dialpad. Dialpad has more bells and whistles and more costly in both subscription and implementation.
