Why does Glassdoor keep deleting employees reviews?

Prior to being laidoff from my last job , I experienced the most traumatizing behaviors from my manager , head of department and senior leadership in charge of that department - It eventually led to layoff in the name of “ Reorg” - I wrote my first review on Glassdoor and Glassdoor deleted it after a few weeks, I still decided to write a new more diplomatic review and now they have sent this.
