Pay at ADP
I have 8 years experience and got an offer in ADP as a design engineer. I am negotiating with HR on the pay, how much can I ask for my experience and I need to relocate to Alpharetta? Can someone let me know what all can I ask HR during negotiations? #hiring #adp #8yearsexperience

What did they offer you? Usually I look to up an offer by 10% if it’s majority salary or 15% if it’s majority stock. Knowing the paybands help a lot with negotiations too.

I guess they mentioned band 4 for me and they are offering 140k

Any suggestions on how much can I ask? Or what can I ask?
I had 75k + 10k sign on as a fresh new grad 3 years ago. Normal software developers get around 85-95k, seniors probably get 105-130k
