My max is 185lbs : 5f6 150 lbs
I can do french press
I can only do 145 lbs :(
When I used to lift I maxed 165 at BW 145 (5'6")
I don’t bench, olympic weightlifters mostly don’t cause it will screw our front rack mobility. Plus front squats are way more enjoyable than benching.
How do you bench press?
You lay on your back on a bench, put your shoulders back, and lift a barbell straight up from just above your sternum until your arms are fully extended
