Got an offer from Omada Health. Decent equity package. How is the the work, culture, and what are the growth perspectives? Tc 350 8 yoe
For what position are you given an offer?
Wondering the same. Can't really think of a position that could get you close to OP's comp, even with a generous valuation for the stock.
8 years might put you at staffer level which probably gets you to 350k ish at around 3-4b valuation prob.
How are they coming up with stock option valuation? We have never done “tc” calculations before i think
