microsoft interview two teams
I interviewed with microsoft this week and received positive response from recruiter and offer details will be shared next week. This is for senior SDE role. But i have onsite interview with another team in Microsoft next week. That role according to JD is software engineer. If i clear that one as well, will i get individual offers from both teams? Should i inform my recruiter to hold the offer until i finish my onsite next week? please advise. Current TC: 150k
Do not tell the recruiter to hold the offer! Get an offer and if they don’t know already let them know you need time to decided because of a second interview.
Recruiter should have asked while booking travel. First offer might be the exploding type which would be funny: Microsoft blocking Microsoft.
Microsoft is so bad in recruitment - our tools are the worst - if recruiters don’t know all this it’s a mess - clearly you have to tell and if you told before it would have been a split loop - with both teams interviewing together. Please tell the recruiter
