millenium management

how is millenium for a software engineer? wlb/tc wise. i saw a few threads earlier but wondering if I could get more insight or datapoints. Also how common are layoffs for fulltime employees specifically software engineers there?

There’s no lay-off in such places, just PIP and firing.

Folks who get out are happy to have gotten out. They don’t want to go back. That said it’s stable and pleasant enough. But you’re just a codemonkey with zero management support and some stakeholders try to abuse you.

Seems like a ok company to me. People work 9-6. Comp wise it will depend on what you negotiate

How are raises there?

Not sure about it. I have joined last year and did not go through the raise cycle yet.
