So i heard there are some chaos in minneapolis, i heard its getting cracked down, and trump tweeted about sending in military. there was some chaos in hong kong and its starting again. social justice worriors, what should we do? protest united states government or the chinese government, without revealling our hyprocracy?
Wow, what an incredibly weak troll attempt. People in Hong Kong protest police violence and high rents, why can’t we support that here and still support protests by people in Hong Kong?
lol peaceful https://youtu.be/24uhVYrE1ho 2:40
Not the same thing, but you should be outraged at both. It’s not about picking a team/country of less evil. Just as the protest against police brutality is of good intentions and subsequent looting are the acts of bad actors. In Hong Kong, protestors rally against China’s unjust laws being imposed to its citizens, few rioters attack pro-CCP shops and even law-makers. You have to ask yourself: what got us into this situation in the first place? Is it the protestors, the police, or is there an unjust system that sow chaos and forces the two groups to fight it out in the street?
Well said. I condemn both ccp and police brutality. But do you really think the thugs in Hong long only attack pro ccp stores? That’s very naive. Thugs in any society don’t care about theses and they make no distinctions. My point was when riot and looting starts, it is justified to crack them down, in any city , democratic country or not, to protect the property and interest of the citizens and restore law and order period
Most protestors are peaceful, but there’re elements that either overcame with emotions or wanted to agitate the crowds. I condemn these people. I think they should be accountable to these violent acts. On the other hand, police brutality is very real in HK. The judicial system has been turning a blind eye against these officers despite many video evidence while many protestors go to jail for their participations. This further enrage the opposition. When people lose trust in the system that governs them, society breaks down. Many people see the only way of affecting change is to fight back. For as long as the perceived justice is not served, there will be no peace.
Simple answer to this stupid question: “both”
how did the virus start? Can you protest against those dumbass wet markets where wild animals are sold and killed. Millions infected. Hundreds of thousands dead. Livelihoods impacted. These CCP trolls don’t have the balls to go against their supreme commander.
Ok eating wild animals are not the smartest thing in the world, but protest against that? Some people just want to eat that shit.
and kill hundreds of thousands?
Go to hell Hong Kong, let the city become Detroit! F**k them, government should withdraw all cops.
Incidentally, if HK government really withdraw all cops, the protest would more likely to be peaceful. We’ve seen this happen in the early phase of protests last year where police had restrained themselves from deploying riot control measures and the protests ended peacefully. It is with fire fighting fire that perpetuate violence. I understand that your angry now, that how come HK cannot be more like any of the Chinese cities. There’s historical context if you care to look for them, doing so will help you understand why people of Hong Kong feel this way vs people from the mainland.
I don't care, fuck HK. Chinese government should develop Macao and withdraw all resources from HK and impose trade ban to HK
What protesting against China can archive? Xi doesn’t give shit about even when Chinese people protest. lol

Absolutely protest the US govt and racism! I’m not sure where the hypocrisy that you’re mentioning is.
Oh sorry about not being clear. It seems a lot of people is biased against Chinese government, using double standards, but the reality is when protects become looting and vandalism, governments react the same way aren’t they.
Most Americans do not support Trump inciting violence and threatening to shoot citizens. I’m not sure if it’s a winning argument to say that the Chinese govt is fine because it is similar to Trumps govt. Both should be condemned.
