Terminal valuation?

How much bigger can big tech get? Can Apple or Microsoft reach $5T valuation? Amazon, Google, Meta reach 3,4,5T? Like what would need to happen for Microsoft to reach $5T? How many quarters of earnings beat? Curious under what circumstances this could happen and what the chances are of this happening. I feel it is very low.
