Got offer from UBER, AMZN at relative low stock price, but did not join. Instead I took another offer. If I have made different decision, I would have been much richer. But life would not give me another chance to redo the selection, which is sad. But I deserve it because I made the choice, so I have to suck it. Do you have similar experience ? If yes, how do you get over it ? #tech
Twilio as one of the first few dozen employees, said no to stay with my own failing startup. Dropbox as one of the first hundred, said no, because python (dumb af but hey I was young af). Facebook because they wouldn’t guarantee full remote. Is what it is, if you don’t have a bunch of wrong choices you’re probably not putting yourself out there a bunch. tc about 350 but our stock is a wild ride so who knows anymore
There is no point in regretting. It’s just a matter of odds because no one knows the future. You lose some, you gain some.
Regrets don’t help any way. Just focus on what you can control.

U dodged a bullet by not joining Amazon
Done regret not joining Amazon. Uber also went thru some trying times so no guarantee things would have gone smoothly there either
Tech is full of gold mines. Watchout and be hopeful for next ones
