So Genpact hunted me for 2-3 weeks and some very low key interviews from zoom with no video of them just me. And then offered me the job as a tech manager in xyz technology. The HR opened up saying “we would like to give you an offer. Are you good with that?” I was like good with what? Do yo have benefits? 401k? Bonuses? Stock options? Employee discounts? Fun stuff? And he said, we have all that. Wtf? What do you have? Can you please f@$&ing elaborate? Like he did not sell his pitch at all and I was like this is big giant consulting company doesn’t even know how to market and make it attractive for anyone to join the company? He sound like one of those scam staffing firms with a professional tone. Even TCS and other giant consulting don’t function like this from interview process to offering a job. It’s def paying based on my expectations but shitty professionalism and retarded HRship TC: 100k #interview
Multiple interviews without video is a red flag and genpact is not a consulting company. It is a BPO spending money to rebrand to be relevant in this market.
