Got reached out by Qumulo from Seattle. Wondering how is the company? Worth considering? Currently evaluated at 1.5 Billion $. They are in Fielsystem space. Any help highly appreciated. Role: SDE TC 220k$ YOE 3.5

How are the other departments? Product? Marketing?
Product seems pretty good. I’m not so certain with marketing. There’s been a lot of churn in sales and marketing over 1.5 years ago. Sales is still pretty crazy but marketing seems to have quieted down as of late. Again, it’s relative to what I was seeing from the outside.
Did you get a chance to talk to recruitment team about possible TC ?

Engineering is a great department. They have your back and want you to succeed and learn lots. The more you’re willing to help and learn along the way the better you’ll succeed. If you’re into filesystems, cloud, c++, rust, python you might be a great fit. Basically, if you’re flexible you’ll thrive. By the way, I believe the work life balance is pretty great (although I’m not an engineer) Good luck!
