Ubisoft has studios and offices all around the world. You can speak English with no problems, but speaking some french will help your career there. Of course if you are in France you will need to speak French, and in Montreal it will greatly help to speak French. All the other locations are just a slight help.

That is top band for L5 unless things changed since I was there,. If you do not have tons of experience in video games and known worldwide, it is unlikely that you will get hired L5. By policy they barely hire L4 externally.

Current TC: 180k in Montreal, not sure if Ubisoft pays that much in montreal
