Hello, I’m current an analytics engineer at Hubspot and is getting promoted to senior this cycle. I got an offer at spring health for senior data analyst. Not sure if I should make the switch and take the spring health offer Senior data analyst at Spring health: - base: $155000 - no bonus - stock option: 3000 - sign on bonus: $10000 Current job analytics engineer Hubspot: - Base: $115000(expect to be around 130000once promoted expected in May ) - no bonus no refreshing stocks - sign on RSU: &30000 vested over three years- still around 20000$ value unvested Hubspot is a saas company with great culture and spring health is a unicorn health tech company. Other culture and benefit packages are similar. Both position are remote . I like my current team and projects at Hubspot. Still feel like learning. I think they could improve on the guideline to evaluate people’s work and promote employees. For spring, the pay is better but not significantly. I wonder if it’s worth the hassle to ramp up and switch. The review of the company is lower compared to Hubspot. But I think it will be a better opportunity to learn and grow. Overall, my top deciding factor is long term career growth and pay. Any thoughts? #dataanalyst #startup

Culture at Spring Health is not the best and learning isn't great. Leadership keeps changing
Spring is a burnout factory & this late in funding the options aren’t going to make anyone rich. Ask yourself if $25k is worth losing work/life balance.

Culture at spring health being great is a bit of a stretch, team specific at best, wlb is not the greatest.
