multiple H1-B transfer process
What happens if multiple organizations start for H1-B transfer process for you ? I accepted 2 offers and still deciding on which one to accept based off location. but i submitted my documents for the case to be filed to both organizations as deadlines were near.
You can choose whatever company you want based on approval periods and package. Between what are the organizations?

Multiple petitions at the same time at USCIS raise your chances of RFE or denials. Not saying it's a guarantee but it does raise your chances of it

I would say wait for one transfer to get approve.. resign and then file another one.. so you will come to know if other one is approved or not.. timings you need to work and I read it somewhere that USCIS work on one transfer decision at a time.. I think on FB h1 &h4 page
I did the same. Its like running 2 threads in parallel with calling the join function! In short, you can start the process with the 2 companies and later decide to go wherever you want to - no harm, no foul!
Did you get approval from both ?
Yes. Both. But decided to work for apple.
