I've applied to more than 15 Internship positions at RBC and I can't seem to get something, I work in financial advisory on the more developer coding side and want to get into capital markets there but I can't seem to get an interview. Any tips? #finance #rbccapitalmarkets #rbc

Depends on the position. As unbelievable as it sounds, the Capital Markets teams are very selective. Everyone I know went to a top school or a tier-1 program. Some teams are more selective than others. Your resume has to really stand out. Good luck.
I go to UofT which I would assume is top tier in Canada, I'm a math TA and work as a quant Intern at Deloitte + in financial clubs. Anything else you think I could do to help my case?
Ouu. Don’t know much about Canada. But UofT is a target school there, I suppose. Maybe work on your resume to tailor it to the role?
