How are things at GFM? Planning to talk to a recruiter soon, wanted to know what’s happening(any talks of IPO within the company). Also, any idea what the pay scale is for a staff level engineer at GFM. TC - 250k.

No talks of going IPO soon, but the company has a new management in place and things are looking positive for the future. The TC is lower since the Base pay includes your annual bonus. The TC for a Staff Engineer should be lower than $210k.
Don't know if they still charge the high fees they once used to charge due to competition from other crowd sourcers. This will put pressure on profitability.
