Red hat levels, levels.fyi
Saw somebody asked levels related questions. So I created levels for Redhat according our levels and TC. The levels below are not only based on Total Compensation, so for same levels(for example, google's L3 TC higher than Red hat's Senior which is L3), red hat's TC is much lower. It is not 100% accurate, just fyi#redhat
is there supposed to be a link or something, OP?

Oh I don't think it's that bad, spses they just need to crack the leetcode. They should be able to target google L4~L5
Snap, you are comparing Apples and Oranges. SPSEs at Red Hat are good in actual engineering. They might not be able to complete 2 LC hards in 45 minutes. If you think a kid who grinds LC and gets into Google is capable to fix Linux Kernel bugs, good luck with your imagination. Also, Red Hat is one of the best companies in terms of culture. I don't know why you hate it so much.
