I have no idea how they're still in business
? They're profitable
Why going from a stable company to a company which has no future
Flexibility and remote work
OP how’s WLB and pay at J&J?
Pay is decent I would say, WLB is team dependent but overall great. Flexible and no top down micromanagement (except when it comes to office attendance)
We're fully remote unless you're in city operations. Healthcare is fully covered for employees. Compensation is good but not great and will vary depending on where you live even though you're remote. Obviously, still a private company so equity is paper money. Valuation is ~$1.9B. As of 2023 we're profitable and the only micro mobility company that is growing. An IPO is on the horizon but no target date. WLB is non-existent and there is a large amount of attrition in the engineering organization. Our leadership is extremely well aligned on the goals for 2024 and 2025 which helps us deliver success.
Thank you! Do you feel like the attrition is due to lack of WLB? Or something else? My concern is joining an organization and fear a layoff coming soon. Also, is there remote flexibility? Ie spend a few months per year in a different country, will this be an issue?
what about them?
Coming from a large healthcare company, I’m curious to hear what the work environment is like, compensation, benefits, overall experience, etc. I’m also curious about their remote setup
