Ghosted by 3 companies after interviews
I recently got laid off and started actively applying, I have interviewed with Fidelity, Pinterest, and Expedia. I finished the entire process of interviews with fidelity(3 rounds), Pinterest(2 rounds) waiting for the panel rounds. I haven't heard back from any of them yet, It's been 3 weeks now! I have been following up once in 2 days with the HR but they haven't replied me as well. I only have 20 more unemployment days left, feeling extremely anxious. Get a hold of a consultancy asap to stay here. I know some people might not like this advice but as someone who is anxious due to being on a US visa, I would suggest you to bite the bullet for the consultancy route.
Send resume to recruiters on linkedin for consulting firms like prime 8 snd redcloud. Apply for extension on unemployment

Sorry to hear about this painful journey man! Hang in there, something will come up. Look into consultancies as well for the time being, as a back up. May I know how are you able to grab interviews at such companies? I also need to start applying soon, and was wondering if you applied through referrals or direct openings?
Direct applying never helped me. Its always either referral or reaxhing out to people.
