Run the other direction as fast as you can. It IS that bad and you’d be better working for a more stable company. There have been 5 rounds of layoffs in the last 2 years. It’s only a matter of time until the entire ship sinks.

STAY AWAY!!! Top talent has either left or is in the process of leaving. Conversely, there's a significant entry of poorly qualified individuals from the unsuccessful startup that the CEO originated from, where they seemingly underwent minimal to no thorough screening. Moreover, all measurable aspects are on a downward trend.
STAY AWAY. Sinking ship! Plus the design culture is terrible. Just spend 10 mins interacting with the product and that should be clear as day.

It really is that bad. The company has laid off 50% of non-coaching staff. The product is a shitshow. Stay away.
