Need Help/ Referral

Hello Blind Community, The reason why I am posting this here is to share my story and get help/ advice. I will try to summarize the discussion in questions that may pop up as you read this. Why am I posting this? Amazon has good and bad things but unfortunately, I have mostly seen the bad side of the Amazon. I am going thru the PIP for the second time in my 3-year tenure here at Amazon. I have put the story in the next question as to how it all happened. Currently, I am looking for Senior TPM/Product Manager roles, and I need your help to get referrals for such roles in your respective organizations. My qualifications: I have double masters one in Computer Science and other in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and prior to my masters, I worked for Shell oil company for 3 years in data analyst/data science domain. In total, I have 6 years of experience (3 years of TPM at Amazon + 3 years in data science at Shell Oil). I have the right blend of technical skills and people skills to execute large scale tech/science projects. What happened at Amazon? I joined Amazon during pandemic (early 2020) and within 3 months of joining, they put me in focus (I didn’t know it was called focus back then). I delivered the focus but manager said you meet the bar but expectation is to exceed the bar. So, I went into pivot – I delivered the pivot tasks but manager says you didn’t and I disagreed. I contested for myself and I won proving my manager wrong (BTW, I had two other job offers lined up during this phase). After that, I moved to a new team where I developed good working relationship with my manager and my skip. They put me in their top bucket for year 2021 and was promoted to TPM. Last December, I was asked to move under a new leadership due to org changes. Within 3 months of reporting under the new leadership, they decide to put me in focus. For now, I am trying to a) get new job, b) get FMLA lined up, and c) delivering on the focus plan. I am documenting how I am being treated unfairly in this new org and planning to send all of that to VP of HR with all the documented evidence once I line up a job for myself. I spoke to 3 L-7 here at Amazon outside of my team/org (they have been great mentors to me, and have been at Amazon for 15+ years) and all 3 agreed that I am being treated unfairly based on the documented evidence that I showed them. I can and I will prove my manager wrong this time as well but I am losing time/ wasting my time at Amazon and I would like to work for a company that doesn't put me in such stress every now and then (and that too when I am delivering the work beyond the expectation). So, I am asking for your help to put a referral for me/ put me in contact with hiring managers or any advice that you have for me. #referral
