Just got an interview, but I’ve seen mixed reviews about the company and interview process. Does anyone have any insights to the company? TC: 110k YOE: 5
Would you say, it’s at least decent exposure for someone trying to get into the tech industry. The position is for a risk manager, but I’m doing my coding and all that other stuff on the side
Got it—appreciate it!
Indian IT POS company, why did you even apply
I’m trying to break into tech/IT/cyber and I found a risk manager position
Try banks
There was a good thread on this to discuss
Check out this post! "Infosys = Worse Than Unemployment (Tech Industry)" https://us.teamblind.com/s/H7eoAXYe
Wow, that sounds pretty fucked up
Run
There is no mixed reviews only shit reviews. Poor comp, zero benefits, shit work and politics.
Infosys is a decent company to work with. Worth interviewing.
What’s the comp they usually give for your exp like?
It varries, but base salary I asked for 95-105k
27 an hour for new grad in SFO or NYC
Infosys is a good and stable company to work with if they can give you the desired TC...very stable company and almost no PIP.. (To set expectations - they are nowhere close to the league of FAANG though)
Do they treat their employees like shit? Because I’ve seen a lot of that
Nope, very professional... but they don't pamper the employees...you do work and get paid.... that's all...no special perks and all...
I'd recommend skipping it and looking elsewhere
What makes you say that?
Very low comp, I don't think they can match your current comp.
