Can I dm you @chacha2?
CVS notoriously pays below industry. Keep away from heritage CVS orgs—toxic corporate culture.
I would dis-agree. If you come from the Bay Area, it might seem so.. it’s better than many others on the east coast. The base pay is lower but that is still not lower than competition. Pay is usually linked to how much the product margins are like too. In Retail, it’s always penny pinching and thank God, CVS doesn’t see many layoffs and just keeps growing.
I worked at CVS HQ. In my dept, pay was low and promotions/raises were non existent. Lottsa lifers, too.
Can someone refer me for Aetna too?
170k for advance software engineer with 15 yrs of exp LMAO thats like the pay for entry level in tech with 0-1 yrs of exp. Stick to tech dude looks looks like aetna is just too advanced
You should realize the kind of work is not same as what FAANGs do.. so its still better pay
Can someone refer me to Aetna?
