Carrier issues in Seattle
So I’ve been here since 3 days now, and have network issues with Verizon, which I never had in the last 4 years in New York (Brooklyn). Any recommendation to switch ? Which carrier has a strong signal here ?

If you have verizon, never leave east coast.
T-Mo. No problems at all.
Go cheap. Go T-Mobile.
First power cycle your phone. When traveling your phone may need to reset because it can get "stuck" on towers. Second Tmo dominates the West coast same way Verizon dominates the East coast. If you're going to stay here Tmo. My personal phone is Tmo S9, work phone is Verizon iPhone. My work phone fucking sucks and drops calls and data signal constantly. My Tmo phone always works.
TMO sucks here
ATT. Never had a problem. I had high hopes for tmo since their HQ is right there, but it was crap.
