Looking for advice on landing a job with top tech companies (non-eng)

Any advice/recommendations for landing interviews & an offer from top tech companies? I have been actively applying and attempting to land a job with a top tech company for several months. I have interviewed to the final round with Stripe, FB, Uber, and LinkedIn - but failed to land an offer from any of these.  Should I try contacting recruiting & staffing agencies, such as Adecco, Signature Consultants, or Pro Unlimited? If so, which do you recommend? I have been targeting Strategist, Analyst, and Project roles in Services/Ops/Client facing Orgs. I am targeting specific tech companies more so than specific roles. Of course, I would like to leverage my current skills and experience in my next role, but the long-term opportunities for learning and development are the main goal.  I have experience leading cross-functional tech and business teams as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Solution Consultant - working in Customer Success and Professional Services orgs. Two years as a Project manager at a small PaaS/SaaS (supply chain) company in the midwest, three years as a Technology Business Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank, and a little over a year as a Solutions Consultant at a small data management & analytics company in Boston. I have a bachelors in business and MBA from Midwestern state schools.  Open to relocation (Bay area preferred) tc: 100k in Chicago; 90k base 10k annual bonus yoe: 6 #FAANG #FAANGMULA #Advice #TopTech #non-eng #referral

Has anyone experienced contracting at Google via Adecco and eventually landing FTE?

A couple things: 1) If you're getting to the final round at some companies, figure out why you're not getting offers. That should be your #1 focus. 2) Make sure you emphasize your tech skills, understanding, and contributions 3) Potentially widen your search. It's often easier to switch companies once you've got a big name on your resume 4) Get referrals. Fastest way to interviews.
