Why do companies still rely on video recording interviews?? Anyways, I have a video screening interview coming up for Business process analyst and colgate Palmolive being more people driven culture what should I expect in the interview? Inputs much appreciated.

Colgate is very big on culture. I think this weeds out a lot of candidates that won’t fit in their world. I did mine 30 minutes before the cut off and got an interview right after.
