[INDIA] Want to move abroad!!

I really need help in understanding that I'm recent graduate (even looking for SDE1 roles) and currently got and offer from startup. As I already wanted to go abroad after my schooling but due to unavoidable circumstances had to leave this plan. Now, I want suggestions, whether I should move to abroad after taking experience of at least one year from current company or should I apply to foreign companies so that I can move on visa basis. Because I still don't have enough money to move this time on my own without any study plan(for there). What would you guys suggest me?
