Recently I decided to go on interview spree Software Developer roles Started with usual FB and Google Actually went pretty far like team match but rejected at final HC So started to do rounds in FinTech Morgan Stanley Citadel Jump trading Coinbase Schonfeld Interactive Brokers Now have 3 offers Interactive Brokers 400k 275 base 60 bonus and rest RSU vested 5 y Shonfeld 380 with 275 base rest is cash Citadel 450 TC no breakdown yet Current TC 300 Please if anyone has insights ?
