I’m relatively new in the industry. Yoe 1 yr after masters. I develop software in the telecom industry. But I’m in a total lull right now. Not very motivated to be honest, in terms of being more involved in work. I never had too much exposure to full scale coding and never did many courses that required alot of coding. (I studied ECE) so I’m not sure if it’s cos of less exposure or no interest. I have worked for one year now remotely only. Work culture at Nokia is just everyone doing their own thing. I haven’t even seen colleagues faces. Not many team activities. Never been to office. I need help understanding what I like of what I can do next. Should I change, should I code more, should I pay more attention to work…. Need some help with finding the right direction. Suggestions are really appreciated. Thank you
Nokia does not have a lot of collaborative work. Everyone does their own thing. If you're satisfied with your TC, job satisfaction, and work-life balance then you're good here. but if you are not comfortable with any of these, then you might want to switch jobs.
