Is the wlb any good? Do they offer stock options?
Not the highest pay, but great regardless. The wlb makes up for any gaps in pay or fancy perks at faang. Also, culture is great. If we'd be profitable that'd be great, but at least we're backed by HEB. Edit 4/27/23: They just announced a 2d/wk RTO policy this week, starting around summer this year.
No stock options. WLB is great 35 hours per week. It’s not hectic and you can implement projects you want. You get paid less compared to FANG companies duh BUT it’s great. So depending on your title you get 10%-20% based on the companies performance. As of right now, companies performance has been in the middle and up. Still good pay.
