Which offer should I take? Pinterest: TC 370K Snap: 380K Uber: 320K Meta: 330K Current TC: 360K (looking to leave immediately though) YOE: 4 Snap is at an all time low but not really sure about its future. Pins stock seems a little high/inflated. Meta might be safest but least chance to explode.
You seem like a strong candidate, why not a different team at Amazon?

Thanks! Lots of system design. Started with the system design primer, then gaurav sen on YT, then cracking the system design interview. LC for coding. I was pretty methodical about doing ~25 questions of each of 10ish topics to really drill down on concepts

All in the 160-190k base range with the rest in equity and bonuses. Currently, my base is 210k though

Take Pinterest and move to lcol,
I’m debating that. Might end up moving to a MCOL like Austin or Dallas depending on compensation
The good thing for Pinterest is that their offers are the same for lcol and hcol except maybe bay area. Moving to Texa is definitely a smart move.
