I have an interview at ESRI for UX architect position , can some give me insights or how the interview process is at ESRI?
I can’t speak in too much detail since I didn’t interview for the same role as you, but I can say expect a lot of behavioral and cultural fit questions.
In 2 days I have first screening call , can you share the questions ? It will be a great help
Is it a recruiter screen?
I didn’t interview with same role either. My first screening call was with HR and was pretty basic questions about why am I interested in role and the company and other logistics questions. Second call was with HM and he went through my resume and asked me to explain a project. After that I was selected for onsite and mostly resume based questions, why ESRI and some algorithm based questions for me since I had applied for a developer position. For you it might be UX related questions.
Damn so Cerner has a better comp package then Esri?
Depends on cost of living too. Pay in Kansas is less but you can live nicely with $75k-$80k. Living in California with ESRI income is difficult. So it depends on multiple factors and individual’s style of living.
Hey, I got an offer from Esri for solution engineer for Redlands,CA. The living expense in loma linda,CA seems to be less and I have 3.5yrs of experience with masters. Any idea how much they pay for Solution Engineer with my experience??? They told me about billing extra hours above 40hrs which eventually is more money above my salary. Please let me know if you have any idea
Not exactly sure, but yes, you are not capped at working 40 hours a week.
Also, how much percentage salary raise does Esri gives?
3-5%
Peanuts
