I am negotiating an offer with them. It is a Sr swe role. They have a bonus target of %15 , do you get the target mostly ? Any other comments ? There is not much about the company. Initial number is below 300. I am trying to push to mid 300s Current tc 165k in a lcol location. I have another offer from amazon that is around 200k, solutions architect role in south California. Anaplan confused me now. How much difference worth taking the risk with Anaplan instead of amazon ? #software #engineering #swe
I liked their product. Annual revenue is growing. The guy i had chat with, was previously a director at Netflix. They are going cloud agnostic. Very lean engineering. So WLB may be bad. 300K TC for Senior Engineer. Stock doing well. They conservatively growing their headcount. I think their engineering is highly selective and low profile that's why it is not so popular. Their SAAS offering competes with Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP and Oracle. Only who worked there can comment on how is the experience of working in Anaplan.
Thanks !
Op would you mind sharing your yoe?

Joined a few months ago. Definitely some politics up top, but strong culture and product. Aiming to double revenue and employee count over the next few years. Lots of large customers, just know it's still a startup at heart and has your typical growing pains.
Second this completely
Everyone gets the target. Push for more RSUs. I love it here. From what I can tell on blind, Amazon sucks
Drive by to say I originally read this as AnalPain
When I searched blind saw different variations of this joke :) that is a con for sure
