I see teams where everyone goes home at 3pm and teams where everyone's working at 9pm.

In my experience, I have seen the WLB balance how you create it for yourself. We have rating system in place to call people if they just work the hours and do a fair job vs people who stretch and kill it vs people who just coast and take the team’s productivity down.
