Has anyone here worked for JLL Technologies? Property tech looks interesting. Speaking with them for a product role- would to love to know your thoughts. Thanks! 🙏🏾 #tech #product
I Have worked with JLL india for 8 long years under the New Business Transition role. Initial 4 years were good as i gor my first promotion from AM to Mgr within 3 yrs, salary was good enough and was getting increments with the average of 10-12% p.a. However, after 4 years things got changed as they did not have enough vision for new opportunities or growth in the current role. They restructured the entier PMO vertical with the hope of getting some good opportunities for us to have cross functional transition exposure, however that could not be materialize till date. Also, they started to cut down on annual increment % to 8%, and one year they did not give increment coz of Covid(which is still ok as Bonus was still given and jobs were safe). There is one very important thing that under my vertical there was good work life balance, no issues with work from home or leaves. This was a big relief for me personally. Hope this review gives you good insight. All the best.
Had an interview there. The salary was reaaaallyyyyyy bad!
What was the tc offered ?
