Hey- I got offers from Schonfeld which is a hedge fund company in NYC and iCapital which is a fintech based out of Greenwich, CT. In terms of reputation and career progression, any idea which is better on the resume? Schonfeld - 180k base, 40k bonus icapital - 170k base, 20k bonus, 50k in options (over 4 years) Yoe - 5

Wtf schonfeld pays really low for 5yoe
The WLB in schonefeld is great and they have opened offices in Miami and Dubai I think. Also one month a year you can work from anywhere in the world.
