I have an update - I received an offer but they only were able to give me 6 weeks paid leave (I am currently expecting and due early 2023). The HR person I spoke with said I might be able to take unpaid leave after that but they couldn’t guarantee it. It seems there might be more for employees there for more time but they didn’t clarify. They were very weird with benefits in general.
