Got offer from recruiter with following: Base: Rs55 lakh Performance bonus(0-30%) : Rs16.5 lakh Stocks: $150k for 4 years (approx Rs 30.5 lakh per year) Joining bonus: 0 Role: IC Considering 50% bonus payout TC coming as Rs 93.75 lakh/year Current TC: Base: Rs46 lakh Stocks: Rs23.5 lakh/year YOE: 11 years No counter offer in hand.
Don’t expect 30% bonus until unless top top performer and Microsoft yearly refreshes are shit
55 is less, it is on the lower end of the compo ratio, I have seen ppl getting 60 for L64 with 150k 1.5 years back with 8 to 10 lakhs joining bonus. So negotiate for couple of lakhs in fixed pay by saying that the hikes will happen next year post September And Talk about joining bonus, at least 5 or 7 lakhs, in two years. it will take another 2 to 3 years min to L65. So negotiate a little. Stocks seems ok but not extraordinary.
