In preparation for some companies that I want to interview for, I had interviewed with KeepTruckin some time back. Feedback is positive and I am expecting an offer. (Still haven’t got interviews from companies I want to go, so considering other options as well.) So wanted to get some insight from KT employees. How’s the engineering at KT ? - From discussion with engineers in interviews, didn’t spot any red flags. Seems to be working on some interesting problems and product space. But considering recent layoffs, how is KT doing now ? Any further pay cuts ? Profit ? Loss ? Any direction towards IPO ? Any other feedback or red flags ? - Have seen so many negative feedback on blind as well as glassdoor. Majorly regarding management not good enough, fire dumpster, etc. Any feedback here is appreciated. Thanks! #keeptruckin #engineering
They are doing great. Lay-off was mostly sales but for some, it was performance. It’s a past and we have moved past it. Revenue doing really well.
I can’t talk about the eng org but overall, I think we’re on the right track. Bringing on a new CFO at the beginning of the year was helpful. We’re trending to be cash positive within the next few months. The layoffs at the beginning of the year were tough but necessary.
