If it is 3+x*yr, i would say it is good. I have seen one with 7yrs of tenure got laid off. It is not fair to get the equal package as someone joined with in a year.
Generally there is a max cut off. Meaning the maximum time some one can get is like 6 months. So are you saying itās not the same for everyone ?
