British Airways business class is terrible?
Does anyone else agree? They downgraded my seat without asking, notifying, or reimbursing me. Unacceptable for a $5k flight. Considering a chargeback. You don't even get 2 full carry-ons in business. I can get 2 carry ons on Ryanair, for fuck's sake! Is it just me or does BA just suck? TC 560 4 YoE
Wtf , you paid for business class and got downgraded , you can sue the hell out of BA
Given how often this happens I'm sure they've protected themselves against this in the fine print
I've heard similar stories .. by EU law they were required to refund 75% but they're no longer in the EU so ....
BA is the worst , this is what happens when a flag carrier gets the majority of the slots at a major airport. No need to compete and can offer inferior product and service
Unless you were a complimentary upgrade, they can’t just downgrade your seat without compensation. Open a ticket with their customer service and you will get a refund and likely some extra points or vouchers or something.
Paid for it myself. Contacted them and was sent through 3 different reps before I gave up. Will try again after my trip
