Udacity instructor revenue sharing

I was approached by Udacity for teaching and developing coursework for a lesson in a "nanodegree". The revenue share is 1% of the nanodegree revenue. I think there are 6 lessons in the nanodegree. I was told the lesson will run for at least 24 months and it's out of my control. There is also a small one time payment. I am wondering if other MOOC platforms like Coursea have similar payment scheme for instructors. If anyone has a course on any MOOC platforms what was your experience teaching on the platform?
