Worked at EPAM a few years ago. Was there 2 years. The salary in the US is not great, but in East Europe salaries are great. The best thing about EPAM is really great WLB. I started my work at 11-12am and was at home at 6pm during a few years😅😂 also a lot of learning materials, great community of engineers in different countries and the ability to work with customers like FAANG. + before COVID there were a lot of business trips to the US, Europe, Canada etc if your customers team likes you. So, if you don’t care about amazing TC like in FB - accept the offer from EPAM.
forgot to say, I worked in ~ 4 companies. I can say with confidence that I liked EPAM the most.
