Compensation for L5 Program Manager at Amazon

I've received an offer from Amazon for an L5 Program Manager position, and I have over 7 years of work experience. What is the expected base pay and total compensation for this role? Is it possible to negotiate the bonus and stock components, or are they fixed for this level? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
