Hey everyone! Asking for friend bc she's a graduating senior in an engineering field. HighRadius reached out to her about a position as an Associate Consultant position and she's about to begin the interview process. Trying to gather more info and advice about working for this company. Would anyone be able to share: โ How is the company growth and work culture? โ What exactly does an Associate Consultant actually do at HighRadius? โ Any insight into the hiring process and what to prepare for? Afaik, it seems slightly different from other tech hiring processes (ex/ she has to do personality assessments and aptitude tests) prior to being asked to begin the interview process. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks! TC: 107k YOE: 2 #highradius #engineering #consultant
Company culture is not food. A lot of Senior management people have left recently and itโs a war situation. CEO has hired a new Global VP and he believes in hire and fire model. There is no time for you to learn and establish. If you canโt show results quickly, you are out. And Also, Itโs all configurations and data entry. tech stack is very old. Product management is making the product complex day by day and very difficult to implement for consulting team. There is no tech involvement. You might have some sql but limited to basic select statements.
