I want to set up a boring business… ideas?

I can write code. I have analytical skills. But I don’t necessarily even have to play to my strengths. I can import products from the Indian subcontinent to introduce to the US or vice versa. Set up a network of vending machines? Something that scales. TC: 🥜

If you don't mind boring. You might want to buy an existing business instead of building a new one. Then after you buy looks for obvious modern software upgrade, fire all the slacker/old timer. Introduce pip system. Then sell the business to private once it's self operating without your involvement

90% of all businesses fail, even the ones with good ideas. If you sit around waiting for the perfect idea you're statistically delaying the inevitable for no good reason. Just do anything that's already being done, work hard and do it better. If you stumble upon an idea that's great you can apply the lessons you learned to it along the failure path to make sure it's a success.
