Hi all, I'm going to be taking about compensation during my next call. The profile is senior power electronics engineer role (in a 4 hardware engineer team) in San Carlos. I have 3.5 work ex in semi-conductor company and currently I'm located in Munich (previously worked for the same company in LA). Any hints on compensation I should be aiming for? Thanks
