Any first hand experiences of the Care By Volvo car subscription program? Any hidden costs? Is canceling really easy after 5 months if we don’t like it or are there any gotchas?
No personal experience, but I hear it can be an ok deal for people on visas who may be paying more for insurance and/or don't necessarily plan to be in the country that long. Friend who was on an H1B was all about it.
Also interested in this. As a general rule of thumb though you are almost always better off buying and selling than leasing and renting. This rule has proven to be even more true during the chip shortage and vehicle shortage. My 4 year old turbo shit box I bought 4 years ago for 24k the dealership just offered 22k to buy it back from me 80k miles later. You'd be an idiot to lease right now
I am in the country (USA) just another 8 months. Now?
Check if Microsoft has any deals for rental cars, it may be more efficient.
