I have an offer from Oracle for an Applications Engineer role and another offer from Morgan Stanley for a Senior Associate role. I only have 10 days left on my notice period, and today I have scheduled a call with Oracle's hiring manager to learn more about the team and the tech stack they use. What questions should I ask to evaluate which firm would be better to join? The Oracle team works on ERP Cloud, while the Morgan Stanley role is in Fin-Risk-Prog & Prod Eng Tech. Oracle's offer: 18L base + 1L PF + bonus(0-15%) MS offer: 15L base + 1L PF + 2.24L variable(1.75L for the first year) + 1L JB YOE: 1.5

Real talk: in what way private schools are better than public in nyc?
Oracle is better for resumes, investment banks have a very bad work culture and very old tech stack.
That makes sense, even I am leaning towards Oracle. Thanks for the reply.
